Whether you're baking bread, pastries or potatoes, the UK-made 100Ltr Buffalo convection oven is a powerful and reliable oven which delivers consistent results every time.

With its compact, stylish design and simple manual controls, the oven is easy to use and great for kitchens with limited space. Simply select a temperature and time and you're good to go. Inside, there's space for up to four shallow 1/1GN size gastronorm pans or two deeper GN pans, depending on your requirements.

The door is highly durable and features double glazed glass - not only allowing you to monitor the cooking progress, but also helping to reduce heat loss to keep running costs down. And thanks to the stainless steel construction, the whole oven is easy to clean down after use - perfect for saving a bit of time at the end of a busy service.
